L Application SHX series fiber conveying fan is designed for conveying long viscous fiber, and it can also convey air mixture containing wood debris, cotton and dust. The working conditions are: the mixing ratio of material and air in the working medium is V2, it has the characteristics of non-spontaneous combustion and non-corrosiveness, and its temperature must not exceed 80 o C o
2. The form of the fan is made of single suction. There are 6 machine numbers: No.5.6 , No. 6.3, No. 7.1, No. 8, No. 10 , and No. 12 .
The fan can be made into two forms of clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. Viewed from the transmission side, the impeller rotates clockwise, which is called a clockwise rotary fan, which is represented by "shun"; the impeller rotates counterclockwise, which is called a counterclockwise rotary fan, which is represented by "reverse" ZK 0
The outlet position of the fan is represented by the outlet angle of the casing, which can be made into three angles of 0° , 90° and 180° in forward and reverse directions .
3? Structural features
1 ) The impeller adopts welded structure.
2 ) The casing is welded with ordinary steel plates to form a volute as a whole.
3 ) The air inlet is made into a straight cylinder, welded with the side plate of the casing and installed on the side of the fan.
4 ) The transmission group is composed of the main shaft and the bearing box. Rolling bearings are used. No. 7. l ? No. 8. No. 10. No. 12 is lubricated with L- AN46 total loss system with oil, and No. 5.6 and No. 6. 3 are lubricated with grease.
4. Performance and Options
1 ) The intake state in the performance table is: atmospheric pressure = 101325Pa, inlet temperature t = 20°C, medium density p = 1? 2kg∕m 3 β
2 ) When the actual use state is different from the air intake state specified in the performance table, the performance of the actual use state must be converted to the performance of the specified air intake state, and then the fan should be selected according to the converted performance.
